  • 2+ years of project management or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment, – such as a creative team, marketing agency, newsroom, or other in-house support group.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, accurate, and self-disciplined.

Day to Day – Scope of Role

You’ll be working with our clients, running online education programs, helping track students and our client’s staff to be a best-in-class educational product with high client retention. Specifically:

  • Work with younger companies, very tech-savvy, high-speed creative industries on cutting-edge education, technology/web, and software.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure clients receive a highly organized program with detailed goals, timelines, and processes.
  • Manage the student offboarding process with a clear ascension path.
  • Ensure that members are advancing through the program frameworks successfully.
  • Encourage and record member engagement in course participation and other program initiatives.
  • Analyze program data to uncover insights and create strategic plans to improve the customer experience
  • Partner with the client to uncover needs and determine optimal success criteria.
  • Define and track program KPI’s (key performance indicators) to measure program success.
  • Think about the programs, and the numbers, and raise issues to your team as you see numbers that are not in alignment with the program scope, or industry standards.
  • Generate clear and concise reports around KPIs weekly.
  • Oversee the coaching and community team members to ensure they are delivering a consistent, qualified level of service.
  • Share program feedback and insights with other company departments.
  • Design coaching strategy to support learner journey.
  • Weekly meetings with client leadership to discuss current and future planning for the program.
  • Oversee the creation of supporting materials for the learner journey
  • Related duties as assigned.
  • Review new projects to ensure all required information/files have been obtained, update SOPs as needed, and accurately document project details in our content and project management system (ClickUp). If requirements are missing, seek them out from the appropriate resources.

Requirements and Qualifications:
